How often will I get a crate?
CrateClub runs like clockwork. Your wines are ready the first Wednesday of each month, either delivered on our BottleRun, waiting at your local café, or shipped by courier.
Can I choose what’s inside?

Nope. If you’re local, you’ll join our BottleRuns or café pick-ups (coffee on us). If not, we’ll courier it safely packed anywhere in the UK.

Delivery & Pick-Up FAQs
When will my crate arrive?
Local BottleRuns: We deliver every Thurday via friendly bike courier around Clapham, Balham & Battersea — like the milkman, but with wine.
Neighbourhood Pick-Up: If you’ve chosen a partner café pick-up, your crate will be ready anytime after your order is confirmed. Plus, there’sa free coffee waiting for you.
CrateClub Members: Your subscription crates will be delivered the last Thursday of every month, like clock work. Unless you reschedule or cancel.
What if I’m not home?
No worries — crates are designed to be dropped safely. Just leave us a note with any delivery instructions (safe spot, neighbour, etc.).
Can I reschedule or skip a delivery?
Yes! Life happens. For CrateClub, you can skip, pause, or change your delivery date anytime in your account. For one-off crates, just let us know before delivery day.
Do you deliver outside Clapham, Balham & Battersea?
Right now, BottleCrate is proudly local. But if you’re further afield, we can ship by courier (crate carefully packed with the same attention, minus the free coffee ).
